Three days. Film + field. The same decision-making work we do on Sundays, condensed into the holiday break — and held inside the DOME at Lou Fusz.
Boys in the morning, girls in the afternoon. Regular Sunday sessions pause for the holiday break — camp is the training that week.
The Circle - STL Christmas Camp is a condensed curriculum designed by Baggio. Three days, three hours each, built around one idea — the player who sees the picture faster controls the game.
Each day starts off the field, in a movie-theater-style meeting room at the Lou Fusz Training Center, where players watch a professional execute the exact action we'll be training that day — in a real game, at full speed. We break down what's happening, where on the field it happens, and why. Then we take it inside the DOME and run it.
By the time players step onto the turf, they already have the picture in their head. They understand the behavior, the timing, and how to translate it into their own game.
Every day follows the same rhythm — see it, understand it, execute it. Then repeat.
In the theater-style meeting room — a pro executing the day's focus action in a real match.
Q&A until every player knows where on the field it happens, and why the read works.
Inside the DOME. Game-realistic drills, dozens of reps under real pressure.
Refuel, water, and a quick return to the theater for a few more video reminders.
Back into the DOME, layering on what we just reinforced from the second video block.
Close out the day. What we trained, what to carry into the next session and into real games.
The entire camp is held at the Lou Fusz Training Center. Sessions split between the DOME — indoor turf, climate-controlled — and a private movie-theater-style meeting room for the daily film sessions.
No weather days. No surprises. Just three days of dialed-in training.
Note: this is a different Lou Fusz facility than Sunday sessions — the camp runs indoors in Earth City, not at the Creve Coeur Mill Rd complex.
Full film breakdowns of pro action in real games — projected, with sound, in a real screening room.
Climate-controlled, full-size indoor pitch. Weather can't slow the work down.
Free lot right at the building — plenty of space, easy in and out.
Pick boys morning or girls afternoon. Player info and payment are handled in the next step.
